One inbox, one person reading it. Tell us what happened and we will fix it or tell you honestly why we cannot.
Write to 793527298@qq.com. That is a real inbox, read by the person who builds this site — not a ticket queue and not a support contractor. There is no form that silently swallows your message: whatever lands in that inbox is read.
We publish the address in plain text on purpose. It is a small site; a support portal with a case number would be a lie about scale.
That list is not a form to fill in. It is simply the shortest path to a fix. A one-line report of a bug with no context usually needs three follow-up emails before anyone can reproduce it.
We can: fix a broken layout, correct a wrong rule, restore a feature that stopped working, add a game or layout you asked for, answer a question about how a variant plays, and take down something that should not be here.
We cannot: ship your game onto this site, give you advertising revenue, provide gambling services of any kind, or add a game that is a re-skin of another one already here with a different skin.
We test on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, plus iOS and Android. Most reports we receive fall into one of four buckets:
| What you saw | Most likely cause | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Board will not deal | Very old browser, or a blocked script | Reproduce, then add a fallback path |
| Tiles look wrong or misaligned | Missing glyph or a CSS fallback issue | Fix the asset or the stylesheet |
| Timer or score looks stuck | Timer logic paused by tab switching | Retest with focus and blur |
| Progress lost after reload | Browser storage cleared or blocked | Make the behaviour explicit in the page |
If your report matches one of these, adding the page URL is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
We are open to suggestions, and we say no more often than we say yes. A request is much more likely to land if it includes:
We do not add games that exist only to hold an ad slot. We also do not add near-identical reskins of things already on the site, because a visitor does not benefit from a fifth version of the same two-card match.
If you are a publisher, a newsletter, or a teacher and you want to embed or link our games, that is usually fine — see the embed page for the exact code. Link to the page, not to the underlying file, and the tiles keep working.
For anything involving licensing, bulk redistribution, or commercial use of the tile artwork, write to the same address with "licensing" in the subject line so it does not get lost among bug reports.
If your question is about placing an advertisement, please read the advertising page first — it explains the formats we offer and how we price them. Then write to us with a one-line description of what you want to promote and we will reply with current, real figures rather than a round number.
Bug reports: usually within a few days. Suggestions: longer, because we have to decide whether the game belongs here. Advertising: a few days.
If a month passes with no reply, the message most likely did not arrive — send it again and mention that you are following up.
We keep your message only as long as it takes to deal with it. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not pass anything to anyone else. If your report includes personal information you would rather we did not retain, say so in the message and we will delete it once the issue is closed. The privacy page covers the rest of what this site does and does not collect.
The button opens a ready-made email in your own mail app. Nothing is sent to a third-party form service, and we only see your address when you press send yourself.
