How do I know which tiles are free?

A tile is free when nothing sits on top of it and at least one of its left or right sides is open. Spin the tower and the free tiles are the ones with a clear face.

What happens if I run out of moves?

The game detects the deadlock and reshuffles the remaining tiles automatically, so a round never gets stuck.

Is it different from mahjong solitaire?
